Annual General Meeting at 6 pm
Desserts & Awards 7 pm (Coffee & Tea is free)
SBYC Open Mic – Karaoke 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm. Why hire a DJ when we have so much talent in our club. I think some dancing just might break out! If you wish to participate, please email Vitor Almeida.
Please use the registration form below so that we can ensure that we have a quorum for the AGM, and enough yummy foods for everyone.
In order to prevent a dinner of 24 jello salads, we have prepared a Potluck menu to choose from.
Pick a dish or two to bring from the following list.
Potluck Menu Update: We still need the following dishes: Lasagne, meatballs, ham, turkey, skewers: meat & veggie, cabbage rolls, rice, sausage rolls, salads, vegetarian casserole, beets, pickles, cranberry sauce, buns, charcuterie tray, veggie trays
Desserts: squares, pies, cake, fruit trays
Please bring a recipe card indicating the food ingredients for your dish(s).
** This year we have chosen to support the PHC (People for a Healthy Community, Gabriola). We ask members to bring a donation of a non-perishable food, or non-food item.
